Job Summary
Market Support Manager role focused on building client relationships, coordinating campaigns and projects end-to-end, and communicating across Sales, Support, and Fulfillment. Responsibilities include handling client requests, facilitating orders, gathering information for campaigns, scheduling, attending client calls, analyzing feedback for product/service improvements, conducting market research and applying marketing analytics (social media, web analytics), updating databases and inventories, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires BS/MS in marketing or related field (or equivalent experience); strong writing/communication skills; proficiency with email, Excel, and scheduling tools; team-oriented and proactive in a remote-with-in-person-meetings environment.
Required Qualifications
- BS/MS degree in marketing or related field (not required if there is enough experience)
- Recent graduates welcome
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Proficient in email, MS Excel or equivalent, and calendar scheduling tools
