Job Summary
Senior account-focused sales professional responsible for growing enterprise technology engagements in Canada’s commercial market. Build and nurture executive relationships with CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, CFOs and business leaders; lead opportunities from qualification through proposal development, negotiation, contract execution, and transition to delivery. Develop account strategies to drive pipeline, bookings, and revenue growth across consulting, cloud, data and AI, cybersecurity, and enterprise platform solutions. Collaborate with DXC consulting, delivery, and solution teams to develop differentiated client solutions and partner with hyperscalers and software providers to create joint go-to-market opportunities. Maintain strong pipeline discipline, accurate forecasting, and opportunity management aligned to growth objectives. This is a hybrid role based in Toronto, requiring two onsite days per week. The role emphasizes non-transactional, large-scale transformation programs and multi-year services engagements. Qualifications include 5+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, experience selling cloud/cybersecurity/data/AI solutions, and strong negotiation skills. MBA or advanced degree and experience across Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, or other Canadian commercial sectors are valued. Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise technology sales experience within the Canadian commercial market
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience selling cloud, cybersecurity, applications, data and AI, infrastructure, or enterprise platform solutions
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence senior business and technology leaders
- Experience managing long sales cycles and complex stakeholder environments
- Formal sales methodology training such as Miller Heiman, Challenger, TAS, or equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to travel throughout Canada as required for client engagement and business development activities
- Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship
