Job Summary
Market Sector Lead for Program Management focused on driving growth across healthcare, education, municipal and state government sectors in Northern California. Leads and supports pursuit efforts, manages client engagements, represents the firm externally through industry leadership and events, and collaborates with Global Business Lines and regional leadership to identify new opportunities. Responsible for identifying high-risk areas and positively impacting program outcomes, contributing to talent development and retention, and ensuring financial success and delivery of AECOM Program Management services in the region. Requires BA/BS with 12+ years of relevant experience (including 4 years of leadership) and proven business development, PMCM expertise, P&L ownership, and contract negotiation capabilities. Required Qualifications
- BA/BS + 12 Years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 4 years of leadership
- Experience in business development across market sectors including: Healthcare, Education, Municipal and State Governments and others
- Growth experience including significant PMCM and Program Management Awards
- Demonstrated experience managing P&L responsibility, including revenue growth, margin, utilization, and operational performance
- Experience leading or supporting pursuits, contract negotiations, and service initiation for program, project and construction management awards
- Sustaining services as a trusted client account lead
