Job Summary
Drive sustained annual growth through targeted market strategies, key client engagement, and leadership of priority pursuits. Represent AECOM externally through industry leadership roles, conference presentations, and thought leadership to enhance the brand. Work with Global Business Lines and Regional leadership to identify new opportunities and develop solutions. Identify high-risk areas and proactively take action to positively impact program outcomes. Assess long-term and disruptive trends to address emerging challenges. Actively lead and support the attraction and retention of talent. Account for overall financial success and delivery of AECOM Program Management services in the region. Manage P&L responsibility including revenue growth, margin, and operational performance. Lead pursuit management, contract negotiations, and service initiation for program, project, and construction management awards. Maintain trusted client account leadership across healthcare, education, municipal, and state government sectors.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS + 12 Years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 4 years of leadership
- Experience in business development across market sectors including: Healthcare, Education, Municipal and State Governments and others
- Growth experience including significant PMCM and Program Management Awards
- Demonstrated experience managing P&L responsibility, including revenue growth, margin, utilization, and operational performance
- Experience leading or supporting pursuits, contract negotiations, and service initiation for program, project and construction management awards
- Sustaining services as a trusted client account lead
- All newly hired employees are required to attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location as a condition of employment
