Job Summary
Drive sustained annual growth through targeted market strategies, key client engagement, and leadership of priority pursuits across Healthcare, Education, Municipal, and State Government sectors. Represent AECOM externally through industry leadership roles, conference presentations, and thought leadership to enhance brand reputation. Work with Global Business Lines and Regional leadership to identify new opportunities, while assessing long-term trends and proactively addressing emerging challenges. Accountable for overall financial success and delivery of Program Management services in the region, including managing P&L responsibility for revenue, margin, and utilization. Actively lead talent attraction and retention efforts, contribute to global learning strategies, and advocate for ethical working practices.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS + 12 Years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 4 years of leadership
- Experience in business development across market sectors including: Healthcare, Education, Municipal and State Governments and others
- Growth experience including significant PMCM and Program Management Awards
- Demonstrated experience managing P&L responsibility, including revenue growth, margin, utilization, and operational performance
- Experience leading or supporting pursuits, contract negotiations, and service initiation for program, project and construction management awards
- Sustaining services as a trusted client account lead
- Must be based in Los Angeles, CA
- All newly hired employees are required to attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location as a condition of employment
