Job Summary
Develop and maintain lasting partnerships with healthcare industry clients, contractors, and key decision-makers while securing new work to achieve established annual business goals. Collaborate with senior leadership and business development teams to execute sector strategies, and serve as a subject matter expert contributing to qualifications, proposals, and marketing materials. Act as a Project Manager for select healthcare projects, managing contracts, client relationships, and project delivery. Build industry networks to identify new opportunities and lead teams through a culture of collaboration and growth. This role supports the firm's transformative design portfolio across federal, healthcare, hospitality, aviation, and commercial sectors within the Dallas and Omaha offices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in design and management of projects
- at least 5-8 years in leadership and/or business development roles

- Master's degree
- Professional registration (Architect, NCIDQ, PE)
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit
