Job Summary

Market Sales Manager responsible for researching and driving sales for GolfNow software products, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, maintaining account relationships, and reporting activities to the Regional Director. Will manage multi-course operator relationships, develop market insights, execute marketing strategies to grow partner rounds and revenue, and leverage CRM data to drive performance. Must reside in the greater Wisconsin area or relocate to Orlando, FL; role is hybrid with a minimum in-office cadence of three days per week. Requires 5+ years of relevant experience, strong communication/negotiation, and CRM proficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • College degree, preferred
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Sales, business development, or account management experience
  • CRM experience (Salesforce or equivalent)
  • Ability to travel regularly and work weekends as necessary
