Job Summary
Market Sales Manager for GolfNow in Alberta seeking an experienced professional to own the full sales cycle with golf-course partners, from prospecting and lead generation to closing and account management. Responsibilities include outside sales to golf courses, presenting customized solutions, CRM activity documentation, revenue and market analysis, and developing strategies to grow partner rounds. Requires strong communication/negotiation skills, 5+ years in relevant roles, and CRM experience (Salesforce or similar); a college degree is preferred. Travel to assigned markets and ability to work weekends as needed. Ability to become the local expert on the golf economy and drive performance metrics such as client penetration and product adoption.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Computer/Internet experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Sales experience in outside/digital sales is a plus
- CRM experience such as Salesforce
- College degree preferred
- Ability to travel regularly
- Ability to relocate to assigned market or reside in Calgary/Edmonton
- Strong account management and relationship-building skills
