Job Summary
Drive BRS Premier and GolfNow sales to grow market share across the region by identifying, engaging, and converting new customers. Own your regional acquisition strategy, applying a consultative approach to uncover needs and deliver structured, end-to-end pitches. Build advanced product knowledge to position our technology as the preferred partner while developing a strong industry network through outbound prospecting, events, and referrals. Leverage CRM data to prioritize opportunities, maintain rigorous pipeline management with accurate Salesforce updates, and consistently meet and exceed sales targets. Act as a brand ambassador at exhibitions to build presence and collaborate with international colleagues. This front-line hunter role requires 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, fluency in German and English, and a full German driving license. Based in Germany, you will help 9,000 course operators increase rounds and revenue through our leading golf club management software.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' professional sales experience
- Strong technical aptitude with confidence using web-based and cloud-based applications
- Fluent in German and English
- Proven ability to execute a structured, end-to-end sales process
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Results-driven mindset with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets and KPIs
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform
- Skilled in analysing, collating, and presenting data to support proposals for prospective clients
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and a positive contributor to team culture
- Full German driving license
- Access to a vehicle
Desired Qualifications
- Education to degree level in a relevant discipline (e.g. Business/ Marketing/ IT)
- Knowledge of the golf industry
- Established network of industry contacts
