Market Sales Manager – Business Transient

Identify and develop target accounts while nurturing existing client relationships to meet revenue, ADR, and transient group business goals in the Atlanta area. Proactively solicit new business through outside calls, trade shows, and site visits, then respond timely to incoming group sales opportunities within pre-defined parameters. Coordinate and plan familiarization tours, customer events, and site inspections to track bookings and leads, while executing operational aspects of booked business and transferring accurate information to the Events department. Resolve guest issues arising from the sales process and collaborate with on-property resources to ensure coordinated efforts. Maintain knowledge of departmental policies, service standards, and brand guidelines.
