Job Summary
Market Sales Leader RCA (Russia and Central Asia) drives end-to-end commercial performance for Image Guided Therapy Devices across a diverse regional market, owning the P&L, delivering the annual operating plan, and leading a regional sales organization. Responsibilities include defining regional strategy, market development, distributor and partner management, pricing discipline, deal execution, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and KOLs while coordinating cross-functional teams (marketing, clinical, service, supply chain) to achieve growth targets. The role requires leadership in multi-country contexts, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and a track record of scaling revenue and market share in medical devices, with English proficiency (C1). Education: higher education required in business, medical, engineering, or related field; senior leadership experience in a healthcare/medical devices environment is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a business leadership role in medical devices industry with minimum 10+ years
- Experience in P&L ownership
- Strong track record in commercial leadership / sales management with minimum 5 years
- Experience managing multi-country or complex regional business environments
- Demonstrated success working with distributors / indirect channels
- Proven government relations (GR) experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in leading a team
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
- Experience navigating matrix organizational structures
- English language at C1 level or higher
