Job Summary
Lead and coach a field-based sales team in Milwaukee to drive growth by opening doors, increasing market visibility, and accelerating opportunities. Partner with unvalidated consultants to build confidence and close new business, attend prospect meetings in the field, and collaborate with the Milwaukee operations leader to foster a culture of growth and accountability. Apply insurance-market knowledge to shorten sales cycles, improve close ratios, and develop a sustainable book of business. Demonstrate strong coaching, talent assessment, and onboarding skills, and communicate clearly to motivate and connect with clients and consultants.
