Job Summary
Collect market intelligence on sector innovations and analyze competitor dynamics, trends, and performance within the local and telecommunication markets. Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports, presentations, and BI/DWH/Data Mining project deliverables based on surveys and research. Improve reporting infrastructure and execute management instructions while managing weekly, monthly, and yearly financial and operational reports. Requires higher education in finance or management, one year of experience, and fluency in Azerbaijani and English.
Required Qualifications
- Higher Education in Finance, Management, Business Administration, Mathematics or similar field
- 1 year work experience
- Work experience with SurveyMonkey and other research tools
- Strong command of Excel
- Fluency in Azerbaijani
- Intermediate level of English
- Strong analytical skills
- Critical thinking
- Research skills
- General understanding of variance analysis and cost formulation
- Excellent communication skills
- Collecting information about events in the market and timely informing the management
- Analyzing dynamics, trends and performance of the competitors in local market
- Monitoring the international trends in telecommunication industry and their impact on commercial strategy of the company
- Improvement of reporting and analysis procedures and infrastructure
- Preparation of periodic and ad-hoc reports and presentations based on the survey and researches conducted
- Preparation to conduct Research projects including sample, questionnaire, data cleaning, presentation, reporting
- Active participation in BI/DWH/Data Mining Projects in commercial domain of the company
- By fulfilling working duties execution of the immediate superviser & department manager's verbal & written instructions as well as following the existing internal rules

Desired Qualifications
- Command of any other data analysis/BI tool or statistics packages is a strong plus
- Fluency in Russian is a merit
