Market Research Associate (German speaking) - Remote

Job Summary
Recruit respondents for qualitative and quantitative market research projects across Austria, Switzerland, Scandinavia, and Benelux regions via cold calling and panel engagement initiatives. Execute monthly registration targets, reactivate user accounts, and complete verification processes for new members. Manage project scheduling, flag recruitment risks to senior managers, and ensure outsource targets are met. Provide updates to the project management team on progress and action plans while investigating fraud and resolving respondent inquiries through telephone, email, and support ticket systems. Maintain strong relationships with panel members and assist in updating communication procedures and system guidelines. Fluency in German and English required; working hours are 09:00–17:30 CET with rotating shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in German and English
- Exhibit clear and effective communication both verbally and written with diverse audiences
- Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office tools, Internet, Social Media, e-mails and tools required within assigned responsibilities
- Detail oriented with excellent analytical and investigative skills
- Ability to ask probing questions, respond effectively and accurately, and ensure audiences feel supported
- Working hours: 09:00 - 17.30 CET , rotating twice a week to 9.30 – 18.00 CET (days will be confirmed on a monthly basis)
