Job Summary
Recruit respondents for market research projects in Austria, Switzerland, and Nordic regions via cold calling and panel building initiatives. Manage interview scheduling, execute monthly registration targets, and handle respondent inquiries through phone, email, and support ticket systems. Troubleshoot system issues, investigate fraud, verify new members, and test online screeners to ensure data quality and project delivery. Flag recruitment progress concerns to senior managers and maintain strong relationships with panel members across multiple channels. Fluency in German and English required.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in German and English
- Exhibit clear and effective communication both verbally and written with diverse audiences
- Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office tools, Internet, Social Media, e-mails and tools required within assigned responsibilities
- Detail oriented with excellent analytical and investigative skills
- Ability to ask probing questions, respond effectively and accurately, and ensure audiences feel supported
- Must be available for working hours 09:00 - 17.30 CET, rotating twice a week to 9.30 – 18:00 CET
