Job Summary
Market Research Associate (French speaking) working remotely with M3 Global Research panel recruitment for Belgian, Swiss, Nordic/Benelux markets and Austria. Responsibilities include reaching out to panelists via phone to recruit respondents, scheduling interviews, planning and implementing panel recruitment solutions, meeting monthly registrations targets, building and engaging panels, handling inquiries via phone/email/support tickets, troubleshooting across multiple systems, maintaining high-quality support, addressing fraud and verification processes, and collaborating with the Project Management team to ensure timely delivery. Fluency in French and English is required, with additional languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Dutch, German) preferred. Working hours are 9:00-17:30 CET (or variations) with remote work enabled; strong communication, analytical, and investigative skills are essential. #LI-LC1 #LI-Remote
