Job Summary
Market Research Associate (French speaking) recruited for QQFS in the Nordics/Benelux regions with a focus on Belgium and Switzerland. Responsible for project recruitment and panel-building activities, including reaching out to M3 Global Research panelists via phone to recruit respondents, scheduling and conducting interviews, planning and implementing recruitment solutions, meeting monthly registrations targets, building and engaging panels, handling inquiries via phone and email, and coordinating with project-management teams to ensure timely delivery. Also involves verifying newly registered members, investigating fraud, and providing high-quality support to panel members across multiple channels. Fluency in French and English required; additional languages preferred. Working hours 9:00-17:30 CET (or 10:00-18:30 CET twice a week) with remote work available; office location in London, UK, with remote options.
Required Qualifications
- Degree level or equivalent or equivalent experience
- Fluency in French and English
- Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office tools
- Detail oriented with analytical skills
- Ability to ask probing questions and communicate effectively
