Job Summary
Research and analyze commercial real estate market conditions, economic indicators, demographic trends, and competitive activity. Develop quarterly market reports, white papers, and submarket analyses while gathering and validating data on property availability, lease transactions, and tenant occupancies. Partner with Brokerage, Marketing, and Business Development teams to support client pitches and translate complex datasets into actionable visualizations. Utilize AI-powered research tools and platforms like Costar, ArcGIS, and Power BI to enhance research efficiency and maintain high-quality research databases. Provide guidance on analytical tools and stay current on emerging technologies to improve business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- 2–4 years of experience in commercial real estate research, market research, data analytics, or a related field
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience interpreting market data and translating findings into actionable business insights
- Basic financial analysis skills
- Effective critical thinking and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated curiosity and enthusiasm for leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve research and business outcomes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality work in a collaborative environment
- Positive, proactive, and client-focused mindset

Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with one or more of the following technologies: Commercial Real Estate research and market intelligence platforms (i.e. Costar, Compstak, Crexi, Navigator CRE), Location Intelligence (ArcGIS, Placer.ai), Microsoft Power BI, Claude or other enterprise AI platforms
