Job Summary
Develop experimental programs to meet product quality and customer satisfaction targets while guaranteeing effective business-critical processes like new product introductions and SAP Quality Management Module setup. Analyze customer complaints to identify corrective and preventive actions, consult technical experts across Innovation and Manufacturing teams for innovative ideas, and monitor tools for continuous improvement. Grow into direct communication with customers and suppliers by developing in-depth knowledge of PU products and statistical testing techniques. Requires a Bachelor's in chemistry, lab skills, and fluency in Dutch and English.
