Job Summary
Oversee market-level P&L ownership, team performance, and strategic execution across the West Lafayette student housing market. Support business development efforts, manage activity and output of all market-specific staff, and develop monitoring systems for accountability metrics. Direct interaction with property owner clients as the first point of contact for account management inquiries and escalations. Assist in formulating pro forma annual budgets, participate in owner review meetings, and address significant budget variances with corrective action plans. Develop scalable reporting systems, oversee vendor relationships, and maintain general compliance across governmental, lease, safety, and regulatory standards. Collaborate with the COO, CEO, and SVPs to improve operational performance, increase NOI, and strengthen owner confidence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in property management or a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
- Demonstrated experience leading teams, improving financial performance, and driving operational change
- Analytical and detail oriented
- Organized and structured
- Flexible, approachable and able to multitask
