Job Summary
Market President I in Marietta, GA leads market strategy and client relationship development, serving as the face of the bank to the business community. Responsibilities include building and maintaining executive relationships with COIs, promoting the organization’s brand, onboarding bankers, coordinating with Treasury Management, Wealth, Credit, and Residential teams to deepen cross-sell opportunities, hosting key customer events, and ensuring smooth onboarding and issue resolution. Requires ten-plus years of experience in commercial banking/market leadership, a Bachelor's degree, and strong leadership, sales, and credit skills to drive market opportunities and align credit and treasury solutions with client needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required OR equivalent work experience
- Minimum ten years of experience in one or more of the following: Commercial Banking Management or Market Leadership/Ambassadorship
- Strong understanding of sales organizations and sales processes
- Demonstrates strong credit skills and the ability to shape complex financial solutions
- Supervisory experience
