Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in banking, finance or another related field is preferred
- Minimum of seven years direct lending or credit support related experience
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Minimum of three years experience in Ag lending preferred
- Familiarity with different loan types
- Understanding of USDA-FSA farm and ranch programs and SBA loan programs
- Extensive knowledge of Commercial Banking products and services
