Job Summary
Market President – Augusta leads the franchise's business operations and revenue strategy in the Augusta market. You will own all major revenue verticals (ticket sales, partnerships/sponsorships, and premium products), oversee business operations and fan engagement initiatives, build and expand partnerships locally, regionally, and nationally, represent the organization with sponsors, media, vendors, civic leaders, and community partners, and champion community programs and youth engagement. The role requires recruiting and developing leaders and staff, driving a culture of accountability and collaboration, and promoting diversity, equity, inclusion across the organization. Schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays aligned with games and partner obligations; location is Augusta, GA; compensation is an executive package to be discussed with qualified candidates.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of senior leadership experience in professional or developmental sports, live entertainment, or a related industry
- Proven track record in revenue generation, business development, and organizational leadership
- Strong understanding of sports operations, fan engagement, and market dynamics
- Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and public speaking skills
- Demonstrated commitment to community involvement and civic partnerships
