Job Summary
Responsible for the daily preparation of food items in the culinary department; assists the on-duty supervisor to ensure proper food preparation and quality throughout all food outlets. Prepares food and ingredients at the beginning of an assigned shift and replenishes during slow periods. Creates orders according to menu and supervisor instructions with attention to taste and visual appeal. Maintains the kitchen and supply room in a neat, orderly, and sanitary condition. Assists in maintaining Marketplace inventory, orders, stocks, and rotates items. Dates all perishable items upon delivery. Keeps condiments filled. Keeps kitchen clean to include floors walls, ceiling tiles, equipment (inside & out) as well as deep cleaning projects such as fryers, grease traps, shelves and walls. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred
- 1 year of cooking experience preferred
- 1 year of cash handling and cash register experience preferred
- Current Food Handler or ServSafe Certificate and OLCC License required
- Must be able to obtain a Class I Gaming License
- Must maintain a clean, neat, and well-groomed appearance at all times
