Job Summary
Market Operations Manager responsible for supporting the execution, coordination, and operational excellence of end-to-end front-to-back operations across asset classes, instruments, customer segments, products, and regions. You will work closely with the Head of Markets to drive strategy, execution, and cross-functional alignment, orchestrate outcomes and blockers, serve as the central coordination point for stakeholders, own execution tracking including roadmap and issue tracking, and enable Market functions by removing barriers to ensure scalable operations. The role requires a Master’s degree in Finance or a related field, ownership mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent communication with teams across Trading, Product, Engineering, and Compliance. The position offers hybrid working flexibility and exposure to Bitpanda’s trading business, with opportunities for growth, learning (Udemy access), and participation in a stock option plan.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance or a related field
- Some years of experience (or strong internships) in trading, markets operations, or financial services
- Ownership mindset and cross-functional initiative
- Structured and analytical with ability to manage complexity and prioritize
- Good understanding of the end-to-end lifecycle in markets operations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across Trading, Product, Engineering, and Compliance
