Job Summary
Assist in training team members, interviewing applicants for Customer Service Attendant positions, and developing succession plans. Review inventory and waste levels of accounts, prepare monthly inventory report cards, and generate profitability reports for management. Visit accounts weekly to inspect machines, meet with account representatives, and address customer inquiries within 24 hours. Leads and assists on projects assigned by the Operations Manager or Branch Manager while maintaining team member inventory percentages and direct labor costs. Operates company-owned vehicles safely to travel to branches and accounts, following all safety requirements including the use of personal protection equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds
- Must be able to walk, bend, crouches, and climb stairs
- Must be able to operate and maintain company-owned vehicle
- Must follow all safety requirements including wearing personal protection equipment such as hard hats, safety glasses, and ear protection
- Must be able to address customer inquiries/complaints within 24 hours
- Must be able to attend weekly staff meetings
- Must be able to operate accounts within labor guidelines
- Must be able to maintain team member inventory percentages, direct labor costs, waste percentages, inventory levels, and consumption
- Must be able to inspect accounts weekly to ensure machines are clean, filling, and operating correctly
- Must be able to recruit, train, and retain team members
- Must be able to develop succession plans
