Job Summary
Lead market merchandising operations by inspecting accounts weekly to ensure machines are clean, filling, and operating correctly, while recruiting, training, and retaining team members. Review inventory and waste levels at accounts, prepare report card evaluations, and generate profitability reports for management. Assist in developing succession plans, lead assigned projects, and visit account representatives to maintain staffing levels. Verify timecards, address customer inquiries within 24 hours, and operate company vehicles safely. Work full-time Monday through Friday during dayshift.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds
- Must be able to walk, bend, crouches, and climb stairs
- Must be able to operate and maintain company-owned vehicle
- Must be able to follow all safety requirements including wearing personal protection equipment such as hard hats, safety glasses, and ear protection
- Must be able to address customer inquiries/complaints within 24 hours
- Must be able to attend weekly staff meetings
- Must be able to operate accounts within labor guidelines
- Must be able to maintain team member inventory percentages, direct labor costs, waste percentages, inventory levels, and consumption
