Market Merchandiser Supervisor

Job Summary
Conduct weekly account inspections to verify machine cleanliness, inventory levels, and operational status while managing labor costs and waste percentages. Lead team development through training, succession planning, and monthly disciplinary reviews based on inventory report card evaluations. Generate profitability reports for management, verify timecards, and operate company vehicles to travel between branches and accounts. Recruit Customer Service Attendants, address customer inquiries within 24 hours, and lead assigned projects under the Operations Manager or Branch Manager. Maintain safety compliance at all sites and perform other duties as specified by management.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds
- Must be able to walk, bend, crouches, and climb stairs
- Must be able to operate and maintain company-owned vehicle
- Must be able to follow all safety requirements including wearing personal protection equipment such as hard hats, safety glasses, ear protection, etc.
- Must be able to attend weekly staff meetings
- Must be able to address customer inquiries/complaints within 24 hours
