Job Summary
Market Merchandiser, Part-time at AVI Foodsystems. Responsibilities include receiving deliveries of soft drinks, bakery products, snacks and specialty foods; filling vending machines to proper inventory levels; placing stock on shelves or racks in vending machines or coolers; ensuring refrigeration of cold food products; overseeing ordering and inventory control; collecting unsold merchandise; handling money from machines; maintaining positive customer interactions; routine maintenance and sanitation of machines; maintaining clean vending areas. Requires an outgoing personality, ability to work independently and in a team, strong organization/time management, effective communication with customers and employees, and accurate calculations in various units of measure.
