Job Summary
Market Measurement & Commercial Analytics Manager role supporting Samyang America across North and Latin America by turning syndicated data, market performance, and analytics into actionable business recommendations. Partner with Sales, Marketing & Finance to identify opportunities, monitor performance, and support fact-based decision making across brand, category, channel, and customer priorities. Responsible for recurring reporting and analysis using syndicated and internal data sources, tracking category/brand/channel/customer/competitor performance, preparing dashboards/scorecards/presentations, maintaining data tooling for accuracy, conducting ad hoc analyses, identifying opportunities/risks based on data, collaborating with external data providers and internal stakeholders, and ensuring consistent use of data sources/definitions/reporting logic.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in market measurement, commercial analytics, category analysis, syndicated data analysis, or related field
- Hands-on experience with syndicated data sources such as NielsenIQ/Nielsen, Kantar, Circana/IRI, or similar
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint/Canva skills
- Ability to work with large data sets and turn them into clear, accurate summaries
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- English fluency required
- AI proficiency is a must (agents’ development & others)
