Job Summary
Market Manager at VaxCare drives growth by engaging healthcare practices and organizations to adopt VaxCare’s vaccination solutions. Build and manage relationships with prospective partners, communicate value, and oversee the full sales cycle from initial outreach to signed partnership agreements. Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations, maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM, collaborate with healthcare providers and decision-makers to tailor solutions, stay informed on market dynamics and competitors, and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas. Requires consultative sales skills, healthcare industry knowledge, and the ability to translate customer needs into meaningful solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Located in Phoenix
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Business Administration, or related field, OR comparable record of sales experience
- At least three years of sales experience
- Knowledge of the vaccine market
- Experience selling to pediatric and primary care market
- Active listening, Resilience & Grit, Thorough Preparation, Drive & Initiative, Competitive Spirit, Strategic Thinking, Self-Awareness & Growth
- A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation for daily travel within assigned territory
- Willingness to travel entire territory regularly, including overnight travel when necessary
