Job Summary
Market Manager to lead multiple retail locations, drive and exceed district sales goals, supervise store operations, recruit and develop a high-performing team, implement monthly action plans, ensure security and compliance, and maintain a safe, clean customer environment. Responsibilities include scheduling and assigning tasks, onboarding/training staff, analyzing performance, taking corrective actions, maintaining policies and procedures, and staying current with industry trends through education and networking. Requires strong leadership, results-oriented mindset, and ability to inspire teams toward sales and operational success.
