Job Summary
Market Manager to lead multiple retail locations by driving monthly sales initiatives and overseeing store operations. Build and maintain a strong district-wide team through recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing training. Develop and execute strategic action plans to achieve sales goals, analyze performance metrics, and initiate corrective actions. Ensure store security, safety, and compliance with legal/operational standards while maintaining policies and procedures across programs and personnel. Stay professionally up-to-date via educational workshops, publications, and networking. The role requires strong leadership, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to inspire and guide teams toward district-wide sales and operational success.
