Market Manager Revenue Cycle CDI

Oversee the Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) team to ensure optimal performance, compliance with regulations, and adherence to productivity and accuracy standards. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve enterprise Key Performance Indicators, analyzing complex data to generate monthly KPI performance reports and dashboards for executive leadership. Act as a liaison between physicians, coding teams, and clinical quality departments to foster collaboration that optimizes clinical documentation processes. Lead department meetings, drive process improvement projects, and educate patient care teams on documentation guidelines while managing resources and troubleshooting remote computer issues.
