Job Summary
Market Manager responsible for acquiring hotel partners, managing hotel accounts, negotiating commercial terms, monitoring price competitiveness and room inventory, and driving hotel bookings for tiket.com in the Philippines. Must foster strong relationships with hotel partners, review performance against SLA and KPI targets, support campaigns and promotions, present proposals, and help improve overall hotel revenue and margins. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years in sales/e-commerce/revenue management within OTA or hospitality, with excellent English communication and proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimal 3 years of experience in sales, e-commerce and/or revenue management, highly preferred within OTA, hotel, travel, or hospitality industry (especially OTA channels)
- Proven ability to build long-term partner relationships
- English proficiency
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
