Job Summary
Execute the WOW Operating Way plan across multiple locations by coordinating with General Managers, monitoring capture rates, and conducting monthly operations reviews and audits. Lead direct reports through recruiting, interviewing, training, and performance coaching while ensuring strict adherence to SOPs and safety protocols. Serve as the market conduit for load leveling via daily calls, manage external growth through monthly contact with claims managers and dealers, and act as a liaison with insurance contacts and referral points. Review location performance against business plan objectives and resolve customer concerns to ensure timely responsiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years collision repair industry
- Minimum of three years of management
- ICAR Platinum certification preferred
- Estimating license if applicable in the state
- Ability to read and understand financial statements
- Extensive estimating experience
