Job Summary
Market Manager responsible for profitably managing Nedbank's business portfolio in Lephalale. Drive sales growth, identify and communicate sale opportunities, collaborate with sales and service teams across Small and Digi store types to inspire action plans that grow profit and market share. Lead client acquisition and increase digital market activity in the community; monitor profitability and manage expenses. Analyse client profiles for cross-selling and retention; ensure teams are prepared for client engagements and elevate the client experience to align with Nedbank brand pillars. Enforce FAIS responsibilities, manage risk and compliance, lead performance discussions, coach and develop staff, and translate business goals into measurable outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or National Diploma in Finance or Business Management
- Regulatory KI Exam (RE1)
- Minimum 3-6 years in client-facing retail sales and 2 years in people management
