Job Summary
Execute the WOW Operating Way plan across multiple locations by coordinating with General Managers, monitoring capture rates, and conducting monthly operations reviews and audits. Manage staff accountability through SOP enforcement, performance coaching, and resolving customer concerns while recruiting, interviewing, and training new hires. Serve as the market conduit for load leveling via daily calls, act as a liaison with insurance contacts and referral points, and ensure safe working conditions through safety audits and PPE verification. Lead internal and external development to drive profitability and meet area business plan objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years collision repair industry
- Minimum of three years of management
- ICAR Platinum certification preferred
- Estimating license if applicable in the state
- Ability to read and understand financial statements
- Extensive estimating experience
