Job Summary
Market Manager overseeing a $9M market in the New Orleans area for Ecolab’s Pest Elimination team. You will lead a team of Field Operations Managers and Service Specialists, manage a significant P&L, develop market growth strategy, build customer relationships, and develop a talent pipeline to produce future leaders. This role focuses on delivering pest detection, elimination, and prevention solutions to commercial clients such as restaurants, hospitals, hotels, and other facilities, with responsibility for coaching managers, driving add-on sales, ensuring service excellence, and maintaining compliance with regulations. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3 years of supervisory experience, ability to obtain pest certification/licensing, valid driver’s license, and background check. The position is field-based in New Orleans, with potential travel in surrounding areas, and includes benefits, compensation range, and potential customer requirements such as background screens and vaccination considerations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in a field support or service-related industry
