Job Summary

Oversee daily market operations, including administrative supervision of clinical and operations teams, while supporting the development and presentation of Monthly Operating Reviews. Lead daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with Market, Regional, and Enterprise stakeholders to drive organizational key results and financial health. Manage staffing against budget, coordinate talent acquisition, and ensure performance management through regular 1:1s and skip-level coaching. Drive growth targets through new patient engagement and established patient disengagement, while monitoring key operational metrics, P&L, and compliance risks. Accountable for patient experience, service recovery, retention, and the delivery of evidence-based care plans. Must reside in Washington or California with 25% travel. Base salary ranges from $102,000 to $169,000 with bonus eligibility. Requires 3+ years in managed care or delegated risk partnerships and proficiency with EMR platforms.

Required Qualifications

  • Must reside in Washington or California
  • 25% of travel within their given market
  • Experience supervising nurses, nurse practitioners, and social workers
  • Experience partnering with physicians to drive results
  • Proven accountability for performance and driving results
  • Ability to multi-task and manage a large volume of concurrent priorities
  • Comfortable using, interpreting and drawing conclusions from large data sets
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)/Care Management Platform experience required
  • BS/BA or equivalent experience required
  • 3+ years previous experience working in Managed Care or Delegated Risk Partnerships

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience managing a high-risk patient population and leading clinical staff in care management, managed care, and or/or home health environment are preferred
  • MBA, MHA, or similar degree a plus
