Job Summary
Market Manager will proactively manage the sales and profit potential for assigned territory Customers and Distributors across the Mid Atlantic and South US to maximize sales, distribution, and visibility of core categories. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, partnering with distributor teams, negotiating terms, coordinating with demand planning to meet service levels, and driving continuous improvement in profitability and category management. Requires leadership of the broker-dedicated distribution sales team across TN, NC, MD, DC, VA, DE, AR, and adjacent states; requires strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration with culinary, operations, marketing, purchasing, and R&D. Requires 5+ years of food/beverage sales experience, proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook/MS Office/Salesforce, and willingness to travel ~50%. Education: 4-year college degree preferred or equivalent management experience.
