Job Summary
Market Manager - Lithography responsible for developing and executing Pall’s lithography-related market growth strategy for filtration and purification solutions. Translate customer, technology, and market insights into growth priorities, product positioning, funnel development, and commercial execution plans to strengthen Pall’s position with semiconductor manufacturers, integrated device manufacturers, foundries, memory producers, material suppliers, and ecosystem partners. Lead cross-functional collaborations (R&D, SLS, regional sales, global product management) to convert lithography market trends into actionable plans, conduct market analysis and voice-of-customer activities, gather competitive intelligence and pricing input, and support strategic planning and business reviews. Travel 30–50% within Asia and to global customer sites and Pall locations; MBA or advanced degree and additional languages are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in semiconductors, microelectronics, specialty chemicals, filtration, purification, or related advanced manufacturing markets
- Technical expertise in lithography, photoresist, aqueous chemicals, semiconductor process materials, semiconductor process equipment, or adjacent wafer fabrication applications
- Experience in market management, product management, strategic marketing, business development, technical sales, or commercial strategy in a business-to-business technical environment
