Job Summary

Execute components of the market business plan focusing on advisor productivity and revenue growth. Recruit, retain, and develop talent while coaching advisors to deliver an exceptional client experience through guidance and feedback. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with the Office Management Team to integrate client solutions and promote adherence to risk and compliance standards. Represent the firm in local market activities, business development, and community events to grow market share. Support the Market Executive as the regulatory supervisor of an office and group of financial advisors, overseeing activities requiring advanced licensing. Manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment while driving engagement and inclusive leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years professional experience
  • 3 years direct or matrixed management experience
  • Must be able to obtain Series 7, Series 63 and 65 or 66, Series 9 and Series 10, and Series 31 or 3 within 120 days
  • Must be able to work onsite in accordance with the workplace excellence policy

  • Agile learner with demonstrated resilience and ability to lead self and others through change
  • Experience influencing at scale, including associates outside of direct reporting line
  • Strong judgment and decision making, particularly on issues relating to risk management, talent, performance management, and problem resolution
  • Proven ability to manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities
  • Experience in unpredictable environments, including unplanned internal or external needs
  • Wealth management acumen, inclusive of product knowledge, regulatory and supervisory requirements, industry trends and firm-wide initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
