Job Summary
Market Manager, DACH will lead Headout's commercial expansion in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland by partnering with supply partners, onboarding new partners, expanding offerings, and managing distribution-side partnerships. You will cultivate relationships with supply partners, grow key accounts to higher revenues and ticket sales, collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Tech, Marketing), and conduct market/competitor analysis to optimize business development and sales strategies. Must be fully proficient in German and English and based in Berlin or Vienna; 2-4 years in business development/sales and/or key account management; strong analytical and communication skills; CRM experience; global mindset; collaborative and proactive.
Required Qualifications
- Fully proficient German & English speaker based in Berlin or Vienna
- 2-4 years of experience in business development/sales and/or key account management
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with a CRM
- Global mindset and ability to work with people from different cultural backgrounds and time zones
