Job Summary
Market Manager, DACH to lead Headout's commercial efforts and expansion in Germany, Austria and Switzerland by partnering with the General Manager, Central, Southern & Eastern Europe. You will onboard supply partners, grow key accounts to higher revenues and ticket sales, collaborate with Operations/Tech/Marketing to ensure smooth execution of partnerships, and analyze market trends to optimize sales strategies. Must be a fully proficient German & English speaker based in Berlin or Vienna, with 2-4 years of experience in business development/sales and/or key account management, strong communication skills, a global mindset, and CRM experience. The role emphasizes launching new initiatives, expanding offerings, managing distribution-side partnerships, and building relationships with supply partners to scale revenues.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in business development/sales and/or key account management
- Fully proficient German & English
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Global mindset and comfort working with people from different cultural backgrounds and time zones
- CRM experience and willingness to learn new tools
