Job Summary
Market Manager overseeing operations outside customer sites or in warehouses within the defined geographic region; acts as primary client contact for escalations and installation questions, responsible for cost and quality performance, leads in service company assignments, maintains presence at dock/load outs, and performs duties as assigned. Requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, coordination of field activities, adherence to CRST regulations, and delivering excellent customer service. Location is Remote-NYC, NY with typical hours Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; salary range $66,300–$75,000/year; eligible for performance-based bonus/commission; benefits include medical/dental/vision, life and disability insurance, retirement with company match, PTO/holidays/parental leave, and voluntary benefits. Previous experience in warehouse management, retail operations, and logistics is preferred, along with skills in leadership, contractor management, decision making, time management, negotiation, and operations analysis.
