Job Summary
Maintenance technician to handle daily maintenance requests and emergency needs for a property, perform cosmetic updates (painting, screens, windows) and repairs (doors, locks, tiles, handrails), coordinate with outside contractors, and manage related paperwork/invoices. Requires 6 months+ trade/building maintenance experience and knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems; ability to identify safety concerns and resolve them. On-site Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm with on-call rotation; includes competitive pay and benefits including a $2,500 sign-on bonus, health/dental/vision, PTO/holidays, and 401(k) with company match.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months+ of trade experience or building maintenance
- Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
