Market Logistics Dispatcher

Manages Drivers across a market to ensure prompt receipt and delivery of equipment from/to customers and other Sunbelt locations in accordance with company and DOT standards. Responsible for the hiring, training, mentoring and coaching of employees who coordinate and perform pick-up and delivery of equipment; orchestrates dispatch to customers across assigned market or geography; ensures daily truck inspections and DOT compliance; develops driver schedules; collaborates with store locations to meet customer equipment needs; handles customer complaints professionally to resolve issues; provides feedback to other departments on timely delivery and receipt of equipment; supports safety and performance through leadership and team development.
