Job Summary
Represent the Company by engaging referral sources including hospital systems, case managers, and respiratory management teams to pursue new business and develop existing relationships. Manage respiratory category products, resolve customer complaints, and monitor competition while reporting misconduct to the Compliance Officer. Maintain accurate records of sales and marketing activities using CRM software and participate in industry events and performance improvement programs. Complete appropriate documentation for engagement activities and pursue continuing education. Work with manufacturer partners to align objectives and network potential new opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five years of experience in DME or home health industry
Desired Qualifications
- associate/bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing or related filed of study preferred
- RCP/RRT preferred
- Established relationships within health care community
- Ability to effectively speak in public, including presentations
- Effective interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
- Knowledgeable of third-party payer policies
- DME sales and marketing experience preferred
