Job Summary
Market Liaison, Guest Services manages a portfolio of private jet clients, overseeing catering orders and service delivery, coordinating with Operations, IT, Finance, Marketing & Sales to ensure exceptional client experiences, and driving opportunities to upsell services. Responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, handling orders from intake to delivery, ensuring adherence to SLAs and dietary requirements, coordinating with internal teams for seamless execution, and representing the client’s interests in local market activities. Requires 2-5 years in account management or customer service, four-year degree preferred, CRM proficiency, and strong communication; travel and flexible schedule may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year degree preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in account management, customer service, or related field
- Experience in aviation and catering a plus
- CRM software proficiency (e.g., Salesforce)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license
